Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how to cancel Botflare - Bot Creator subscriptions, when refunds may be available, expected response times, and how checkout or Merchant of Record partners fit into the process.
01 Scope
1.1 Who issues this policy
- This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") is issued by Sichuan Miaosuan Technology Co., Ltd. (Botflare - Bot Creator, "we," "us," or "our") and applies to Botflare - Bot Creator subscription plans and related digital products and services that you purchase through our website or in-product purchase flows.
1.2 Other documents
- This Policy supplements the Terms of Service. Personal information practices are described in the Privacy Policy. If this Policy conflicts with the Terms of Service on refunds, subscription cancellation, or order disputes, this Policy controls except where mandatory law says otherwise.
1.3 Third-party checkout
- Orders may be processed by an independent Merchant of Record we engage. That partner may have buyer terms covering the same transaction. Collection, taxes, payment disputes, and how that partner executes refunds follow its then-current rules and checkout disclosures. Our responsibilities for delivering the product, account support, and access remain under this Policy and the Terms of Service.
02 Cancelling a subscription
2.1 How to cancel
- Before the current billing period ends, sign in on our website, open the account menu at the upper-right corner, review subscription status, and select "Cancel subscription" following in-product instructions. If you cannot complete cancellation because of technical or permission limits, contact us using the "Contact" section on the website; we will assist within a reasonable scope.
2.2 Effect
- Cancellation generally applies at the end of the paid period in progress; until then you typically keep paid entitlements unless we terminate early for breach.
03 Refund principles
3.1 General approach
- Except as listed below or required by applicable law, fees already paid are generally non-refundable. Recurring plans bill per cycle; cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the active or past cycles.
3.2 Examples where refunds may be available
- Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges verified by us or the checkout provider are refunded for the overcharged portion using the original payment route or another reasonable method.
- If entitlements are not activated within a reasonable delivery window after payment confirmation—generally within twenty-four (24) hours unless payments networks, maintenance, or validation delays extend that window as we communicate—and we cannot restore service or offer an equivalent remedy within a reasonable time after you contact team@botflare.ai.
- Statutory consumer refund or withdrawal rights where applicable.
3.3 Examples where refunds are usually unavailable
- Incompatibility with your device, network, browser, or third-party platform after reasonable support efforts.
- Suspension or termination for Terms of Service violations.
- Subjective dissatisfaction after substantial use of paid capabilities except where law requires otherwise.
04 Requests and processing
4.1 How to request
- Email team@botflare.ai from the purchase email with order number, purchase date, issue summary, and preferred resolution. Merchant of Record orders may require parallel steps in that partner's portal or receipt instructions.
4.2 Timelines
- We generally acknowledge refund or billing questions within three (3) business days and note any additional evidence required. Final processing depends on banks and payment partners.
4.3 Method
- Approved refunds return to the original payment method when possible; otherwise we may agree on an alternative lawful method. Merchant of Record partners may display refund status in their own systems; settlement timing depends on financial institutions.
05 EU and UK consumers
5.1 Digital content and withdrawal
- If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or similar region purchasing digital content or services without a physical medium, and we obtained your express consent before supply to begin performance before the withdrawal period ends and clearly informed you that you would lose the statutory withdrawal right, your cooling-off refund may not apply or may be limited as law allows.
5.2 Other statutory remedies
- Non-conformity remedies such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination remain available where the law provides; contact team@botflare.ai and we respond within applicable legal frameworks.
06 Chargebacks and payment disputes
6.1 Contact us first
- If a charge looks incorrect, contact team@botflare.ai or the contact path referenced in this Policy so we can review the transaction. If the issue remains unresolved, you may also contact your card issuer, payment provider, or relevant authority as permitted by applicable law and network rules. Where permitted by the checkout partner's policies, we may share transaction records to document delivery for good-faith dispute review.
6.2 Third-party roles
- Payment partners may handle risk decisions, refunds, or chargebacks under their contracts; fee adjustments may appear on later statements. We are not responsible for a bank's or card network's final decision.
